# Pseudea Terms and Conditions

## The service

Pseudea is an experimental, character-driven AI entertainment service. You may chat and store private files as a guest, or create a registered account for recoverable cross-device access and a complete account export.

AI characters generate probabilistic output through third-party model providers. Their statements may be inaccurate, invented, offensive, or unsuitable. Pseudea is not a source of medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made from any output.

## Guest use and accounts

Opening Pseudea does not by itself create a stored guest identity. A guest identity and session are created when you first send a verified message or store a private file. From then on, guest conversations and private files have no inactivity-based deletion period and remain stored as described in the Privacy Policy. Guest access depends on the secure cookie in the same browser; clearing site data, losing the device, or not returning before that renewable session expires can make the history and files inaccessible even though they remain stored. Creating an account from a guest session preserves that guest's conversations and files and makes access recoverable across devices. When signing in to an existing account, you can choose whether to transfer the current guest conversations and files to it.

You are responsible for keeping an account password and recovery codes private and for activity performed through your active session. Do not attempt to access another person's account, guest session, conversations, or files.

## Acceptable use

You must not use Pseudea to break the law, infringe another person's rights, upload material you are not entitled to process, distribute malware, exploit or disrupt the service, evade usage or security limits, automate abusive traffic, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

You retain responsibility for the text and files you submit. You grant Pseudea permission to store and process that material only as needed to operate, secure, administer, and provide the service, including sending the necessary conversation context and attached files through OpenRouter to the selected model provider.

## Administration, limits, and availability

Authorized administrators may access stored content for administration, safety, support, and investigation as described in the Privacy Policy. Access to transcript and file content is audited.

Pseudea may apply request and storage limits; reject unsupported content; place the service into maintenance; or suspend or delete access used abusively. AI replies draw from one shared monthly pool governed by OpenRouter rather than a Pseudea per-user spending allowance. If that pool is exhausted, AI replies remain unavailable until the provider-side pool resets or is increased. The service may change, experience interruptions, or stop being offered. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised.

## Deletion and termination

Customers cannot delete guest identities, accounts, conversations, or stored files directly. To request deletion of your data, contact hello@pseudea.ooo. Only an authorized administrator can complete deletion through the dedicated admin dashboard. Deletion and limited residual security, usage, and audit retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

You may stop using Pseudea at any time. Material violations of these terms may result in restricted or terminated access.

## Changes

These terms may be updated when the service, its safeguards, or its providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continuing to use the service after an updated version is presented means the updated terms apply from that point forward.
